Terrasse Choron in Paris

"Close enough to Moulin Rouge and Montmartre, but away from the large and loud crowds of these area. We had Cordon Bleu, Smash Burger, Bavette (Flank steak) and Caesar Salad. The food was great, and the service was friendly and fast. Definitely worth a try!"

"We stopped here for a quick bite and drinks. The fries are amazing. Hand cut and tasty. I had a beer and my wife had a Bellini. We choose to sit outside, and I love that France faces both chairs facing out towards the street so you can people watch. It's very different here than in the US. The gentleman that served us was pleasant and easy to talk to. I would recommend this place."

"I ate at this restaurant two days in a row during my birthday week in Paris, which already says a lot. I was staying right next door at Hotel Corona, so it was very convenient - and good enough that I happily went back. I ordered the flank steak with shallots and homemade fries, and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked medium-rare to medium, juicy and full of flavor, and paired perfectly with the shallots. The fries were proper homemade fries - crisp on the outside, soft inside, and clearly freshly prepared. Portions were generous and satisfying. The staff recommended a French beer, which was nice to try and had good flavor compared to what I’m used to with Heineken. The only drawback for me was that they don’t carry international beers like Heineken, and the French beer I had gave me a bit of a headache. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting if you’re particular about beer. Overall, the restaurant is decent to very good: solid food, good recommendations, and a place I felt comfortable returning to immediately. If you’re in Paris and want a reliable meal with classic flavors done right - especially steak and fries - it’s a good choice."
